Our trips are rated as moderate in terms of planned activities, typically involving 3-4 hours of activity per day. However, additional adventures may increase the activity level.

4. What are the luggage recommendations for your trips?

We recommend packing light, with a sleek backpack being the preferred choice. A daypack for essentials is also advisable.

5. Are card payments widely accepted, or should I carry cash?

While cards are accepted in many places, cash is still preferred, especially in smaller establishments. It’s a good idea to carry some cash alongside your cards.

6. What type of accommodations do you provide, and how are roommates assigned?

We typically stay in 3/4-star hotels, hostels and boutiques and can pair solo travelers with roommates. Private rooms are available for those who prefer more privacy, at an additional cost.

7. Is WiFi available during the trip, and can I purchase a local SIM card for mobile data?

WiFi availability varies, but there are hotspots in hotels, cafes, and some public areas. Consider purchasing a local SIM card from major providers for consistent mobile data access.

8. Does the trip cost include flights?

I had a great trip to Meghalaya!

The arrangements made by Hiflier Travels were really nice, although there were some inconveniences at certain places. But I understand that no place is perfect… However nothing substantial so overall I had a really nice experience. Most importantly, I’m really thankful to everyone who was involved! 🙏

Cancellation Policy

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,
If cancellations are made within 30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 45-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 60-45 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
