In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a fixed departure trip due to situations beyond our control — such as natural calamities, political unrest, government restrictions, local taxi union strikes, or unforeseen safety concerns. In such cases, you will be offered the option to either reschedule your trip or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If any sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given.

Booking shall be released if the advance payment is not received on time.

Hiflier Travels is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are not under the supervision of the concerned company representative.

Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.

Hiflier Travels is not responsible for any loss or damage of goods belonging to travelers.

Hiflier Travels is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases of natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any untoward incident.

Any loss or damage to property materials such as pillows, mattress, or any item belonging to the property will be subject to full payment of the product's MRP.

Only travelers staying with Hiflier Travels will be allowed in the property. If you intend to bring outside guests, you must pre-notify us in advance.

The accommodation mentioned in the itinerary is not confirmed unless specifically stated. If the mentioned property is full, a similar alternate property will be arranged.

All guests must carry a Government-issued valid ID card at all times during the tour.

Hiflier Travels is not responsible for any delays in reaching the destination due to traffic. Sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don't reach the destination on time.

The trip organizer/coordinator has the complete right to change the itinerary as per on-the-spot conditions and availability of ticket slots.

Only the places mentioned in the itinerary will be visited. If you wish to visit anywhere else, you may do so on your own.

Please arrive at the airport at least 2 hours earlier than the flight time to avoid any last-minute hassle.

It is advisable to carry woolen clothes regardless of the season you are traveling in.
