At Hiflier Travels, your safety and experience are our top priority. However, in rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a fixed departure trip. This can happen due to situations beyond our control such as natural calamities, political unrest, government restrictions, local taxi union strikes, or any unforeseen safety concerns at the destination. In such cases, we will inform you in advance and provide you with two options — either reschedule your trip by joining one of our upcoming groups to the same destination, or receive a refund of the amount you have paid. The organizers reserve the rights to cancel the trip anytime without any refund if his/her actions violates any rules or incase of any misbehavior with other co travelers. Hiflier travels is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are not under the supervision of the concerned company representative. Any Loss to the Property materials such as pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the property will be subject to full payment of Product MRP. Hiflier travels won’t be responsible for any loss or damage of Goods belonging to the travelers. All guests must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card. Only traveler staying with Hiflier travels will be allowed in the Property and if you intend to bring guests from outside, you’ll have to Pre notify us. Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour. Hiflier travels is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident. Hiflier travels is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/activities of the day may get cancelled if we don’t reach the destination on time. Trip organizer/coordinator has complete right to change the itinerary as per on the spot condition & availability of ticket slots. Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe. You are requested to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours earlier than the flight time to avoid hassle The accommodation in the hotels mentioned should not be considered as confirmed unless specifically mentioned and depends on the availability of the rooms. If found full, we shall provide you with another similar property. The places mentioned in the itinerary only will be taken to, if you want to visit anywhere else you can go on your own. If any sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given. It is advisable to take woolen clothes no matter what season you are going in. Booking shall be released if the advance payment was not received on time

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
