🚗 Transportation
Travel comfortably throughout your Vietnam journey in private air-conditioned vehicles. Transportation will be arranged based on the group size and may include:
All airport transfers, intercity road transfers, and sightseeing as per the itinerary are included. Domestic flights between Hanoi → Da Nang and Da Nang → Ho Chi Minh City are also included (as per package inclusions).
The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Prohibited Items
Carrying narcotics, drugs, weapons, fireworks, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any legal consequences will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Code of Conduct
All travelers are expected to behave respectfully. Hiflier Travels reserves the right to terminate a participant's trip without any refund in case of misconduct or violation of tour rules.
Group Travel
Travelers must stay with the group and follow the instructions of the Trip Captain throughout the journey.
Passport & Travel Documents
A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is mandatory. Travelers are responsible for carrying all required travel documents.
Hotels & Property
Any damage caused to hotel rooms, vehicles, or other properties during the trip will be charged to the traveler at actual cost. Hotels are subject to availability, and similar-category alternatives may be provided if required.
Personal Belongings
Hiflier Travels is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Please take care of your valuables at all times.
Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, flight schedules, traffic, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing or activities due to such situations.
Reporting Time
Travelers are requested to report at the airport or designated meeting point at least 2 hours before departure.
