Group Travel
Travelers must stay with the group and follow the instructions of the Trip Captain throughout the journey.
Passport & Travel Documents
A passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory. Travelers are responsible for carrying all required travel documents.
Hotels & Property
Any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, or other properties will be charged to the traveler at actual cost. Similar-category hotels may be provided if required.
Personal Belongings
Hiflier Travels is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, ferry schedules, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing or activities.
Reporting Time
Travelers are requested to report at the airport or meeting point at least 2 hours before departure.
