1. Booking confirmation will be processed only after receiving the required advance payment.

2. All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof during the trip.

3. Accommodation will be provided on Double Sharing (₹19,999 per person) or Triple Sharing (₹17,999 per person) basis as selected during booking.

4. Hotel, homestay, and camp allocations are subject to availability and may be changed to similar-category properties if required.

5. Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

6. The Sissu excursion is subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, government permissions, and operational feasibility

7. Visits to Serolsar Lake, Mini Thailand, Chehni Kothi, and other sightseeing points may be modified depending on weather, road conditions, and available time.

8. Adventure activities such as paragliding, skiing, ATV rides, zorbing, river rafting, camping activities, and trekking guides are not included in the package cost unless specifically mentioned.

9. Any expenses arising due to roadblocks, landslides, snowfall, natural disasters, political disturbances, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the traveler.

10. Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip. The company shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

11. Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances must comply with local laws and regulations. Any misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.

12. Meals will be served strictly as per the itinerary. Any extra meals, beverages, room service, or personal orders will be charged separately.

13. Travelers are expected to follow the instructions of the Trip Captain and maintain discipline throughout the trip.

14. No refund shall be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, missed meals, delayed arrivals, or early departure from the tour.

15. GST and any other applicable taxes are extra unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.

16. By confirming the booking, the traveler accepts all package details, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation policies, and terms & conditions mentioned by the organizer.
