Manali Kasol Sissu Tour Package

1. Booking Policy

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• The balance amount must be paid before the trip departure date.
• Bookings are subject to availability of seats, hotels, and transportation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges will be applicable as per company policy.
• No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services during the trip.
• Refund processing may take 7–15 working days after approval.

3. Travel Documents

• Every traveler must carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, etc.).
• Failure to produce valid identification may result in denial of travel services without refund.

4. Accommodation Policy

• Accommodation will be provided on double or triple sharing basis as selected during booking.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may incur additional charges.
• Hotel allocation is subject to availability and equivalent alternatives may be provided if required.

5. Transportation Policy

• Delhi to Manali and Kasol/Bhuntar to Delhi transportation will be provided as per the itinerary.
• Internal transfers and sightseeing will be arranged through suitable vehicles such as Tempo Traveller or Sumo.
• Vehicle allocation depends on group size and operational requirements.

6. Meals Policy

• Only meals specifically mentioned in the inclusions are covered under the package.
• Any additional food, beverages, snacks, or room service orders will be chargeable directly by the traveler.

7. Adventure Activities

• Activities such as skiing, river rafting, paragliding, ATV rides, zorbing, and other adventure sports are optional and not included in the package cost unless specifically mentioned.
• Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler's own risk.
• Activity operators are solely responsible for safety standards and operations.

8. Weather & Natural Conditions

• Mountain weather can change unexpectedly. Itineraries may be modified due to snowfall, landslides, road closures, traffic restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• No refund shall be provided for missed sightseeing due to weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

9. Traveler Responsibilities

• Travelers are expected to follow the instructions of the trip coordinator and local authorities.
• Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or public property by a traveler shall be borne by the traveler.
• Consumption of illegal substances and involvement in unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

10. Health & Fitness

• Travelers should ensure they are medically fit for the trip.
• Any pre-existing medical condition should be disclosed before booking.
• The company shall not be responsible for any health-related issues arising during the tour.

11. Liability

• The company acts only as a facilitator for transportation, accommodation, and other travel services.
• The company shall not be liable for any injury, loss, accident, theft, delay, or damage caused by factors beyond its control.

12. Additional Expenses

• Personal expenses, entry tickets, shopping expenses, adventure activities, porter charges, GST, and any costs arising from unforeseen situations are not included in the package price.
• Additional expenses due to weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, or natural calamities shall be borne by the traveler.

13. Itinerary Changes

The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, transportation, or sightseeing schedule due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions and agrees to comply with the tour guidelines throughout the trip.
