Manali Solang 2N 3D Weekend Trip

1. Full payment must be made before the trip departure date to confirm the booking.

2. All travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof during the trip.

3. Room allocation will be provided on Double Sharing (₹8,999 per person) or Triple Sharing (₹8,499 per person) basis as selected at the time of booking.

4. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, traffic, natural calamities, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances.

5. Adventure activities such as skiing, ATV rides, zorbing, paragliding, snow scooter rides, and other personal activities are optional and chargeable separately.

6. Any additional expenses arising due to landslides, snowfall, roadblocks, flight/train/bus delays, political disturbances, or natural disasters shall be borne by the traveler.

7. The company reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any part of the itinerary in the interest of traveler safety and operational requirements.

8. Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip. The company will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

9. Consumption of alcohol, narcotics, or any illegal substances during the trip must comply with local laws. Any misconduct may result in removal from the trip without refund.

10. Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be as per hotel policy.

11. Meals included in the package will be served as per the itinerary. Any additional food or beverages will be chargeable.

12. Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and cooperate with the Trip Captain and local staff throughout the journey.

13. No refund shall be provided for any unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, transfers, or accommodation due to personal reasons.

14. GST (5%) will be charged additionally over and above the package cost.

15. By confirming the booking, the traveler agrees to all terms, conditions, cancellation policies, and itinerary details mentioned by the organizer.
