Rules & Regulations
1. Booking confirmation will be processed only after receiving the required advance payment or full payment.
2. All travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof during the trip.
3. Accommodation will be provided on Double Sharing (₹14,499 per person) or Triple Sharing (₹12,499 per person) basis as selected during booking.
4. Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be according to the respective hotel policies.
5. The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, traffic, government regulations, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Adventure activities such as skiing, ATV rides, zorbing, paragliding, snow scooter rides, and other personal activities are optional and chargeable separately.
7. Any additional expenses arising from landslides, snowfall, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, strikes, political disturbances, or natural disasters shall be borne by the traveler.
8. The company reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation arrangements if required for operational or safety reasons.
9. Travelers are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. The company shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
10. Consumption of alcohol or any prohibited substances must comply with local laws and regulations. Misconduct may result in termination of participation without refund.
11. Meals included in the package will be served as per the itinerary only. Any additional meals, beverages, or room service will be chargeable.
12. Travelers are expected to follow the instructions of the Trip Captain and maintain discipline throughout the journey.
13. No refund shall be provided for missed sightseeing, unused services, meals, accommodation, or transportation due to personal reasons.
14. GST (5%) will be charged additionally and is not included in the package price.
15. By confirming the booking, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to all package details, inclusions, exclusions, terms, and conditions.
